Synthetic CKD review

Paired clinician and patient views for one case

PI output view

This is a review surface for a synthetic case. Use it alongside source rows and clinical judgment; it is not the final chart or care plan.

What reviewers can evaluate

Is the case story readable, bounded, and traceable?

The clinician view and patient view are paired on purpose. The clinician should be able to inspect what is being claimed, what remains uncertain, and which artifacts support the story. The patient view should support participation without turning into a second, disconnected narrative.

Review aims

What this share is trying to do well

Keep one patient in focus

The case stays anchored to one patient story so concerns, evidence, and follow-up questions are not mixed across domains.

Show the support under the wording

Every surfaced relationship should lead back to supporting rows, traceability, and the artifacts used to release the current review object.

Keep the patient view complementary

The patient view should help prepare for review and participation while staying aligned with the same evidence boundaries used in the clinician view.
